Marteshof Apartments

Prices and resort tax:

The prices are per apartment and night for the number of persons listed.
The resort tax is in the winter season €3.00 and in the summer season €2.00 per person and day and will be charged in addition. Children under the age of 16 years do not pay resort tax.

Short stays (minimum stay = 3 nights):

For short stays of three or four nights we charge a short-stay surcharge (€12 per apartment/day).

Reservation/booking:

For a reservation confirmation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the package price (within 4 days of booking). We will let you know the exact amount in the reservation confirmation. A booking is binding upon receipt of the deposit and upon receipt of a written booking confirmation.

ATTENTION: A small fee is to be paid!

(For transfers for example from ISRAEL it is the cheaper option, since bank transfers are very expensive!)

You may also pay the rest in advance.

Arrival and departure:

CHECK IN:
Our apartments are ready for you between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please let us know by mail at about what time you will probably arrive. Should you be delayed, please let us know, in particular if you arrive later than 8:00 p.m.

CHECK OUT:
We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment in a good condition by 10:00 p.m. at the latest on your departure day.

Booked period:
Should you leave earlier or arrive later, the price for the booked days is charged (without discounts).

The apartment is booked for the number of people specified by you. Additional persons are only allowed by prior written confirmation and at a surcharge.
Should fewer people than booked arrive, the price remains the same.

Deposit:

At your arrival a deposit of €90 is payable.
The deposit will be forfeited in case of damage to equipment and facilities. If major damage is caused, it will be charged.
Lost keys will be charged.

Payment:

Payment by cards is not possible! Please pay the remaining amount in CASH two days prior to your departure (usually Thursdays).

Non-smoking apartments:

We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in our apartments.
On the terrace smoking is not allowed if the terrace door or window is open.
In case of non-compliance, a separate cleaning fee of €100 will be charged.

Pets:

Out of consideration for the other animals and guests, no pets are allowed at the Marteshof. We ask for your understanding!

Cancellation policy:

The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) and the general terms and conditions apply!
Cancellation regulations acc. to AGBH.

up to 3 months before your planned arrival – NO CANCELLATION FEE
3 months to 1 month before your planned arrival – 40% of the total package price
1 month to 1 week before your planned arrival – 70% of the total package price
in the last week before your planned arrival – 90% of the total package price

On your arrival day – 100% of the package price.
Place of jurisdiction is IMST

Travel cancellation insurance:

We recommend to take out a hotel cancellation insurance or a cancellation insurance! This insurance can be booked with every reservation.

Fresh bread delivery service:

You can order fresh bread for your breakfast to 6:00 p.m. We will deliver the fresh bread daily in the morning (except Sundays and public holidays).
The bread will be placed in the bread basket at the entrance of your apartment..

Parking:

One free parking space right in front of our house is provided per apartment.

Internet:

FREE WiFi at the Marteshof

Sports equipment:

An electric boot dryer is available in our basement for your ski and snowboard boots and/or your hiking boots. Skis can be put in the ski racks.

Free ski storage:
There is a heated ski storage depot for each apartment at the Hocheziger base station, which may be used free of charge.

Waste separation:

We ask you for precise waste separation in your apartments.
In the waste box (barn) full dustbins can be disposed of.
We kindly ask you to support us in the separation of the waste.
In case of improper waste separation, part of the deposit can be retained.

Summer Card – Member Business

Enjoy free admission to the attractions of the Pitztal in the Tyrol and its surroundings. Already on your arrival day you will get your Pitztal Summer Card. You can use a lift or access the XP Adventure Park on very day. In addition you enjoy free admission to other service partners such as museums, bathing lakes, the climbing hall, the boulder room or the ibex centre and can take the public bus in the Pitztal and to Imst Bahnhof or Imst Postplatz daily free of charge!

Inclusive summer activity programme:
Guided hikes and mountain bike tours as well as supervised children’s entertainment programme.
The Card is valid from 6 June to 13 October 2019.

Bus rides in the winter:
FREE ski bus to the Hochzeiger, Rifflsee or the glacier ski area for people sporting ski clothes and a valid ski pass.

Winter equipment for your car:
In case of winter road conditions, winter equipment must be carried (snow chain order).

Pony riding:
Once a week

Laundry:
A washing machine with integrated drier and a ironing facility are provided (€4 per washing).

Miscellaneous:
You can borrow toboggans, snow glider sledges and saucers

Inclusive:
Linen, hand and shower towels as well as kitchen towels are provided free of charge.
Please bring swimming towels from home.
